How do I buy and activate?
Purchase only through resellers: open the Agents page, message the nearest reseller, pay as agreed, then enter the activation code inside the tool after login.
What is the difference between 1 month, 6 months, and 1 year?
All three unlock core dump and ISP tools. The 1-month plan ($10) does not include courses or training videos. Six months is a mid trial. The year (12 months) is best for busy shops and includes Community when activated on that plan.
Why does the 1-month plan exclude courses?
The monthly plan is for trying core tools only. In-app courses and training videos are available on 6-month and year plans.
Is the tool Windows-only?
Dump, UART, and contribution uploads run on Windows. There is an Android companion on Google Play for ISP, PDF, memory, and Community (year plan) with the same account, but it is not a full Windows replacement.
What is the difference between the ISP list and the dump list on the site?
The ISP page lists Phone ISP models (images/pinouts). The dump page lists Dump Tool model names (eMMC and UFS). Both come from tool data and are not a substitute for the live catalog after login.
Do I need internet all the time?
Yes.
What is Community and who can open it?
An in-app Q&A board on Windows and Android. It is available to users on an active year plan (12 months). Accepted answers may add subscription days under the rewards system.
How do I earn days by sending ISP or GPT?
Inside the tool, use Contribute to upload ISP images or GPT packages. After admin review and approval, days can be added to your subscription. A rejection does not remove your current plan time.
Can I pay by card on this website?
There is no direct checkout on this site. Buy through resellers on the Agents page (or unlock.emmc-ufs.com when that path is available to you).
My model is missing from the lists?
Lists update with the catalog. Search inside the logged-in tool, or message support/agents with the model. You can also contribute a new ISP if you have a valid image.
Where can I learn how to use it?
The YouTube walkthrough from the home page, plus PDF and courses inside the activated tool (depending on your plan).
I forgot my password or activation failed?
Forgot password: on the login screen choose Reset password, enter your account email, then enter the 6-digit OTP from your inbox and set a new password. Activation failed: retry with your code; if it keeps failing, WhatsApp support with the same account or activation code, and do not post the code publicly.
